Cancellation Policy:

• More than 3 days before check-in date: 90% refund
• 2 days before check-in date: 75% refund
• 24Hr  before Check-in date and time: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours before check-in time: One night’s booking amount
• In case of no show: No Refund.Booking cannot be cancelled/modified on or after the check in date and time mentioned in the Confirmation Voucher

Hotel Policy

• It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.
• The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. Children accompanying adults must be between 1-12 years.
• The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.
• Booking cannot be cancelled on or after the check in date and time mentioned in the Hotel Confirmation Voucher.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.
• The room tariff includes all taxes. The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These will be charged at the time of check-out.
• Taxes on Extra Bed / Security Deposit / Additional Charges may applicable on time of Check In
• The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a 'couple' if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Kukke Yatra  will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
• For any update, User shall pay applicable cancellation/modification charges.
• Modified bookings will be subject to availability and revised booking policy of the Hotel.
• The cancellation/modification charges are standard and any waiver is on the hotel's discretion.
• Number of modifications possible on a booking will be on the discretion of Kukke Yatra
• If a booking is cancelled or changed by the customer, the hotel will be notified (of the changes) and the original confirmation email and Booking ID that was generated will become null and void.
• Extension of stay would be provided on current room rates, subject to availability.
• Guest need to adhere to the Check-in time and Check-out time mentioned in the booking voucher for all hotels offers any time Check-in and Check-Out. Any modification in the check-in and check-out is on the hotel’s discretion.
